in the Mercantour National Park

Between dazzling light and vertiginous peaks, this new cyclosportive promises total immersion in the grandeur of the Mercantour National Park.

With routes to suit all abilities and tastes, from Pra Loup to the mythical Cols d’Allos and de la Cayolle, cyclists will cross an authentic territory, between raw nature and exceptional panoramas.

In the heart of this unspoilt environment, everyone is invited to live the moment as a respectful guest!


Piccolo Fondo – 58km & 950m D+
CHRONO & RANDO

Whether in time trial or rando format, with the Piccolo Fondo you can enjoy an accessible route, a real springboard for future mountain adventures!

After the neutralized descent from Pra Loup 1600 behind the opening car, you’ll cross Barcelonnette before tackling a beautiful 350m D+ bump on the heights of Enchastrayes.

Once you’ve warmed up, it’s time for the home stretch and final climb back to Pra Loup 1600 – it’s up to you!


Medio Fondo – 84km & 2,400m D+
CHRONO & RANDO

The Medio Fondo will take you on a tour of the mythical Col d’Allos, in rando format so you can take time to appreciate every turn of the wheel, or in chrono format so you can give it your all on this demanding course!

With over 1,100m of ascent to reach its highest point at 2,247m, the Col d’Allos has to be earned!


Gran Fondo – 150km & 4,300m D+
CHRONO

A real mountain route like no other, a demanding route for cyclists who enjoy long hours of effort on the bike!

Col d’Allos, Col des Champs, Col de la Cayolle and Montée de Pra Loup, mythical passes to climb and 4,300m of D+ to swallow in the heart of the Mercantour National Park.

Join us on La Rando les 3 Cols on August 2, 2026, the weekend after the GF PraLoup, and enjoy the route in reverse!

This cycling tour takes you over the Col de la Cayolle and then the Col des Champs before finishing on the Col d’Allos!
